Went to a very quick weekend trip to dallas and austin. Frisco, mackinney and austin varaku drive chesthunte madhyalo georgetown kanapadindhi. I can hear all those aarathanaadalu about housing in leander in theese forums.

I cannot review it completely as i only spent hours. But my observations:

a) food indeed is great in dallas. went to one place called sarigama something. podi idli lo neyyi sooper.

b) Austin traffic is worst. even on saturdays.

Indian food not at all a requirement anukunte lite antavaa Dallas.

That's like morning eating break fast on bandi in hyderabad..poddune amavarathi sarigama la breakfast amrutam..

There are few parks in Dallas where you will see old people in lungis, parents generation vaalu so totally understandable. These parks are surrounded by desi apartments .
 

and the weather is so hot here airflow kuda untundi lungi lo . They don’t roam around everywhere in lungi mostly home to park anthey .

Food is incredibly cheap ba. Idli just 3.99 , dosa same. Quality of neyyi reminded me of home.

Irani chai is as good as any you can get at hyd. It is not very posh but that is expected.

Visited most of the country except Dallas… just because many relatives financially way richer …. attitude tattukoleka avoiding… missing all the food… especially we are from south Florida still quality Indian food is scarce

TX ante dallas and austin matrame kadu. Houston and San Antonio koda untayi. To a lesser extent El Paso and Amarillo koda. But mana telugu valu TX ante only dallas/austin anukuntaru.

What is the name of the place in Dallas/Austin, If you have to be in the centre of desi restaurants. Like street name or exact zipcode.
