Help about my OPT

Hi,

Mamalu nenu ninna kuda oka post vesanu but i didn't get what i need.

Asalu vishyam entante, Naaku oka project vachindhi aa implemeting partner evadayithe vunnado vadu naa work autherization aduguthunnadu.

Naa OPT last month 28 ki expire ayindhi, I applied for the ext, they aske for my signature again i sent them the documents, I haven't get any update about it.

Mean while ee implementing partmer gadu nannu edhanna official document saying 180 days you are legal to work in USA after expireation of you OPT if you apply for the OPT extension ani aduguthunnadu.

Is there any official document saying candidate is legal to work for 180 days after OPT exipres if he applied for his OPT extension.

idhi naaku chala chala importent mamlu, if I can provide that kind of document i can join the project from next moday.

If any one knows a way to get it, please let me know.

Chesanu mama, but vallu USCIS ki call cheyyamannaru, USCIS ki call chetghe vallu online lo case status chadhuvuthunnaru thappa, vere emi cheppatam ledhu.

u can show ur old opt and also $340 STEM extension fee acceptance reciept sent to you by USCIS ,tell to ur employr  that u had applied for extension and it is in process.

Sujitha garu, thanks for the reply. my employer don't have anyissues, but implemeting partner (he is doing the project at client place, i need to work behalf of them at client place) is asking for these documents.
