How to solve this riddle ? it is not easy for a businessman to create jobs - salries must be paid. workers must be managed, overhead costs etc. 

They will do only if they are somewhat sure of future growth. But lot of people i know are cutting back expenses because of losses in stock market gatra.

so who is buying what these businesses make ?
