First of all eadi scam lo teledu first lo unnapudu.. 90% of them are scams. If you want to buy you can get most of them on MetaMask you need to buy ETH first and then swap with coin you want to buy. Be careful thatha if there is no liquidity or scam token makers make it such a way that you can’t even sell
