Two must things to do.

1. Any selling business should have a name of the business. It need to be registered. If it is food, the kitchen need to be inspected by food inspector. So, basically we need a license.

2. Most HOAs do not allow any business activities or short term rental, if complained by neighbors, they will be fined by HOA and in some cases legal action is taken.

mana vallu know it but do not follow it, same like iptv, they know its illegal so as long as there is no consequence they will watch it, once consequence comes knocking the blame game begins
