As part of reducing hierarchy, my scope is reduced and transferred to my manager. Inshort, no of layers has been reduced. Promo chances r very slim for next 2 years. On top of it, i am expected to do IC work for  50%. I dont c a point in continuing when promo chances are less and work scope is reduced.
