No one cares means "no one discriminates" you from doing anything at any age as long as its Legal work.

USA IT industry or any industry does not discriminate you on gender/race/age/ethnicity/background/colour basis and give EQUAL opportunities based on your skills and experience.

You can do coding jobs till you reach 90 or until you have juice in you to do so.

You can become manager or CEO at 20.

Which is definitely not the case in India. 

For ex: Pulkas and Brahmins want only certain cassettes to clean their toilets. They themselves do not want to do. Over to @futureofandhra
