• Take Instacart membership and get grocery delivery, some credit cards offer free instacart memberships for 3 months to 1 year, I know the prices are a little high compared to store but imagine the convenience and peace you get, do this for a few months atleast until you are ok to shopping with out feeling fear

instacart is a temp solution not a permanent one! Don't know when this will end
