TV wall Mount Recomendation pls?

Need to tilt down and right, 

Down because its on top of fire pit and watching high some times neck might pain anaru evaro, 

and dinning table is on right so it would be easy to tilt and watch tv while eating also, thanks.

In NJ they do it for $99 including labor and mount

Its been more than year that we have this. I'm very poor with doing things on my home and took help of handy man. From my observation installing the mantel mount is not straight forward.

I've taken MM540. The way our living room is structured, we did not had many options. The regular tv mount is creating problems because the recliner's position ( distance). 

So, ended up taking it. It is working well.

Chinna chinna issues ithe parledu. Low water pressure issues in kitchen, faucet lo chinna maintenance dided. 

Bathroom tub water drainage issue vaste plumbing snake vadi solved.
