True. 100% cheyagalam annavi tappisthe its better to avoid plumbing repairs. usually nuts vippi pette varaku okay. Cleaning faucets is usually straight forward or clogged pipes are usually easy to clean.

yep, maaku baga work out aindi... experience kuda bagundi.... to pull it forward and push it back, initial ga koncham kastam anpistundi.. kids wont be able to move mantel mount...manam easy ga ne cheseyochu.... 

But go for it only if you want to pull the TV down when you are watching tv...lekapote any other regular TV mount saripotundi...

For your setup, I’d recommend getting a good TV wall mount that can tilt down and to the right. It’ll make watching TV from different spots, like over the fire pit and from the dining table, much more comfortable. I had a similar situation and found that a mount with both tilt and swivel features works great. Don't do this as DIY. hire professionals. A TV weight anywhere > 90 lbs..  We have 3 installations at our home, 1 had miserably failed though i had professional installation. (but this is understandable, because we did it on top of work).
