What I am saying....you give fowerfoint fresentation....you speak in Indian yaccent...They don't understand.

That's why instead of speaking in thick Telugu/Hindi accent, maintain a neutral accent so that everybody can understand.

You don't need to be born in the US to speak good English. Just don't use fake accent. Some people use fake accent excessively (edo kompalu munigipothunnattu to show off their command over English) and it becomes irritating and hard to listen to them and making them not approachable. Most of their accent is just thick because they fail to improve their pronunciation in their effort to fake their accent. Learn how to pronounce words correctly and speak normally and you'll be Golden. Intha chinna logic theliyaka evevo chillar veshalu vesthar.

Follow KTR's accent which is acceptable and many foreigners listen to him fine - he doesn't use fake accent.

Dictionary.com app has a Speaker feature that pronounces words audibly so you can listen to and practice. There are many more apps for pronunciation.
