Follow KTR's accent which is acceptable and many foreigners listen to him fine - he doesn't use fake accent.

Most issues stem from incorrect/Indian/British pronunciation in the US.

Try enunciating "Library" or "Bury" and compare your rendition with the audios from Dictionary app.
