Karnak Posted May 11, 2023 Report Posted May 11, 2023 I am on L1b visa... company eb1c ki process cheyadaniki ok andi... under function manager category... but attorney team questionnaire lo multi national manager role ki relevant questions kuda fill cheyamani adugutunnaru... not sure if it is mandatory, i did not have a team reporting to me while i was employed with the company in india. Currently i have a team under me in US i am going to check more details with attorney, they say it is quite difficult to get approvals... under function manager category... If this does not work, outside US one year work chesi, planning to come back on L1A, please share your suggestions... Quote
