Sell the property India and bring the money to USA

Bhaiya,

I m in India right now and planning to sell my flat and bring that amount to USA. What are my best options in avoiding or paying less taxes.

Anthe pedda amount emi kadu around 60 Lakhs. Any expert advise. Or reinvest the same amount here in Hyderabad is good idea ? Looking at

dollar rate increase enduko investing in HYD safe kadu emo. PLease advise. Already mana DB peddalu ilantivi face aye vuntaru. so please share your 

advice.

Bring back soon or else you will end up paying 20% tax more

Better to sell for NRI and get cash in US $ I can buy

Is this 20% tax rule applicable for NRIs or resident Indians who want to transfer outside?

I believe NRIs cannot sell properties to other NRIs (maybe register on their relatives' names)

Good Decision.

60 Laks pedda issue kaadu, ee rojulo students kuda almost anthe fees pay chesthunaru. You can take dollars here, vaalaku akkada rupees ivochu.

I am trying to bring 10 Cr, looking for good CPA.
