This is the problem with Congress. If the party wins, It's RaGa. Otherwise, EVMs rigged. Unfortunately no credit for regional leaders. It has always been regional leaders & regional leaders alone for the Congress since RaGa became the face of the party. BJP is more than happy with these kind of elevations as the party will stick to him & who is more successful in campaigning for BJP more than RaGa!
