US visa question enduku vastundi? This should be the case if you are traveling to US. In this case, an Indian citizen is returning to home country. No one can stop someone from returning to their home country.

within Germany if you fly from Munich to Frankfurt  or viceversa and then to india or US then you need to have a transit visa.
