If she had experience previously, no need of consultancy and that too EAD can work directly with any employer. We need to keep in mind that market is kind of slow now for all technologies

First resume ready chesuko baa… then apply for few positions in dice… h4ead no employer dependent and work on w2 ani cheppu… within a week or two you will get few contacts 

five years back work cheste konchem brush up chesukovali skills and latest project ala… good luck
