Issue happened to my cousin recently .. visa approved interview lo  later called said we need todo background check on company ani refused chesi 221g icharu… last month h1b revoked and said fraud petitioner and beneficiary ani .. eppudu band anukunta for 5 years on this passport which we need to check with lawyers  .. reason company not legit and sister company of some other company
