They are telling 7 year old kids in some places that if they like a particular color, or a particular toy they might belong to the wrong gender. They can then refer the child to get a gender reassignment surgery upon the suggestion of a surgeon, the whole thing is a huge money making enterprise. 

All this time the parents are never told what's going on behind the scenes, and the kids are told by the teachers to not tell their parents anything about this.
