Travel after h1 transfer is approved

H1 transfer approved but didn't join the new employer yet. Eppudunna employer tho have many PTOs. Stamping ki velli with the old employer's i797, can I join the new employer once back? I94 kottadi vasthe will it be an issue as I already have the transfer approved with the current i94 number

You can go as long as old employer supports you if stuck in admin processing
