Luckily... I started buying from late 2020 till March 2022 and bought 3 investment properties in Weston/Pembroke pines area till now other than primary .... now these areas are not affordable for me. Cash flow is really amazing on these 3 properties so far.

There is no history of rents going down ... but this time they went up too fast so there are chances to cool down little bit
