They stopped issuing from long back. Last 2 times India trip lo chudhammanna kana padaledu 2k notes.

It is not banned.it will be still legal tender.People misread most things. People can buy goods and services with 2000 rs still if they have it

KA elections pedda eye opener for BJP, division politics and hindutva meedha votes padavu.. people are struggling, jobs lekha, sky rocketed prices tho..

india lo construction workers, daily wage workers and small business are still using currency in daily transactions, vallaki Entha struggle repati noonchi.. oka panic create avuthundhi..
