This was the case from long time ago - like from past 6-8 years at least. Contracting lo aythe most/all vendors know about desi fake stuff and they try making as much money as possible. My vendor was taking 30 an hour of what client pays ( vendor gaadu edo contract sign ani document sent … daantlo he forgot to erase client billing). Employer gaadu 80-20 but also lied about how much he gets from vendor. Anyway  these are the practices they have been following for years. Most clients actually pays good money for the skill expectations- so these middlemen receives that money - eat most of it and pass on the bones to the candidate. 

Candidates need mestri and vice Versa.
