Yupp, their goal is to use digital payments as much as possible so andhukey more surcharges fees on Cash withdrawals. 

COVID kuda Baaga advantage ayyindhi govt ki 😃😃 - majority of the small vendors/ppl are using these digital payments. 
 

More transparency and corruption will also reduce down the line.
