Tampering and clean up are two different things….charges are framed as evidence tampering…CBI says it is willful tampering where as accused claims not a willful tampering. Max sentence is upto two years and if it’s proved that it’s not wilful tanpering of evidence then they may even let go…ivi CBI charges…and punishments.
