Old houses I mean 3 to 7 yr old homes ki demand baga taggindi...either staying in market longer or no bididng ..only selling if they have lot of remodeling done have very nice extras like pool etc.. and .but newer built ki full demand nadustundi..this is trend observed in dallas tx.

Already refinance kotti 3 and under konnodu ammatledhu. 
With supply issues decreasing significantly, new homes are coming soon. 

Rates I think we've hit rock bottom and prices will only go up from here, unless recession hits badly or fed increases rates again by a point.

i think rates hike will be there in this year...atleast two times...

rates will reduce next year second quarter or after...

too much demand before the hike.  waiting lists were crazy and builders demanded approval letter before even givign an appointment

now the prices are high but atleast you can buy with availability in preferred location.

My observations. 
 

Older homes and commercial properties ki demand thaggindhiii. But people are also not selling coz they saw higher valuations just an year ago. It’s in a freeze mode. They are hoping to see market bounce back. They will yield eventually especially if it’s an urgent situation.  
 

New homes especially sun belt lo demand inkaaa undhi. Due to builder mafia syndicate. They are strategically maintaining the shortage of new homes. Desi communities are the busiest. I’m not seeing this craze from other sections of the soceity. 
 

Also summer mundhuuu market will be good in real estate. 
 

Im not seeing any positive news for real estate. It will be a downtrend to some extent. How much anedhi will vary by place to place.

No change..be it new home or resale. New homes ki broker commission kuda isthaleru
