It depends.
 

If CBN is in power and NTR gets BR, then no one will receive.

If CBN is in opposition, then he will organize NTR BR functions all over the AP and Kukatpally and balayya will make sure Lokesh will go and take the award. 
 

Junior NTR will be busy in his pan India cinema shoots, Kalyanram is karepak so no one will care.
