They can apply. Only application processing time lo velloddu. Once approved or even parole meeda ayina vellochu. I personally know people who did that and brought their families . They are visiting India every year !

Yes.. once the petition is accepted.. and is in process.. the petitioner gets into adjustment of status.. and a temporary EAD cum AP is issued ( at the discretion of the processing officer )..
