He just wants his workers work their AS$ OFF to their fullest potential by not working home with max time and money savings and max returns on his investments so he can continue to remain as the wealthiest person in the world! He cannot imagine losing that "wealthiest person" position - just like Trump who cannot forget White House and being the boss.

Morally, everyone should get paid EQUALLY, right? Why is a construction worker, car assembler, IT guy getting paid differently? Why is Musk getting paid "very, very differently"?? No equality.

IT workers can work from anywhere. A doctor cannot work remotely. Someone take this urodi pants off publicly.
