Only worth it if school districts are good.. check that first. Leander is good but not all schools are good so depends on community. Parkside has both Leander and Georgetown school districts. 

it’s a deal if you get it below 200/sqft.. above that it’s not worth it in current market

Lot of problems with old houses bro, looking for new this time, also looking for decent schools as well or may be charter schools if possible

Leander, Lake Travis and Dripping Springs are best school districts in Austin bro. Both are premium ofcourse because of school districts.. but there are deals if you look around.

Leander la we have different schools uncle… travisso comes under leander school district but schools are bad

main criteria is new construction and decent school (> 7) , I'm hybrid and can commute for 3 days/week even if its long (45 mins one way is ok for me) as long as the other criteria is met
