Antha buss , real estate in India will not come down . At best it will stay at same rate for sometime 

Only time real estate will come down is if it is a artificially propped up bubble

Actually there is a 20/30kms vacant land between kokapet and mokilla/shankarpally. That is a massive land parcel adjoining hitech city.

the rates will not increase at-least, the current prices will stabilize

For now, there is barely any movement in sale/purchase of plots. Cool down ayindi…

Asale two back to back elections vunayi, emana scene change aithe 2024 tarvate…apativaraku no movement.

Irrespective of GO111, land prices have been cooling down..!  Actually land price emi pedaga tagga ledu, stable ga vunayi..it’s just that there are hardly any buyers in the market now. Desperate ga vunnollu peice slash chesi ammutunnaru….looks like this phase is going to stay like this for some more time.

It is not advisable to buy in that are , it could be flood zone and you don’t want to be in there

Yup naku adey ardham ayindhi .. janala dagara money cash levu to buy land no rotation i don’t know the reason .. nenu go gurinchi analedhu lands rates are cooling antuna irrespective of go ..

No it is at a higher elevation.

The place where Musi starts is at 650 meters above sea level, Osman sagar is at 550 meters at sea level and the point where it exists Hyderabad city is at 400 meter above sea level. That is how water flows in Musi. Twin reservoirs act as balancing reservoirs and control the flood level down stream

Actually oka one year nundi ide situation…just that evaru peddaga notice cheyaledu kani chala cool down ayindi….LRS clear aithe inka further clear title lands will come into the market apart from GO111….At least agricultural lands bane sale aitunde ipudu avi kuda flat ayindi…

Barely any movement. Real estate and ventures business chesetollu aithe 36% interest kadutunaru…should see how long they will sustain like this ?
