1st floor vs top floor apt

pros and cons and which one you like?

I hate and avoid top floor apt, big hassle to bring groceries or any heavy items.

1st floor

pros : easy furniture moves, easy grocery carries, 

cons : not secure, bugs and snakes can come in easily, apt gets dirty quickly and lot of noise from people in top floor walking and running

 

2nd floor

pros: secure from bugs,snakes ; secure from intruders, less dirty and no disturbance from up floor if you are the top floor

cons : have to carry everything inlcuding water, groceries, downstairs people complaining about footsteps being heard.

elevator vunte top second floor. Gets protected from the weather elements and gives some level of privacy.

no elevator, resort style

its cheaper rent on the top floor compared to 1st floor.

only thing is will save some money

We like top floor last priority is bottom floor. Bugs etc vasthay. Paina vallu sounds chestha untaru irking noise.

At least 2nd floor for better privacy and quietness. You can keep the windows and go to bed. You won't be carrying stuff up and down everyday, right? Just have a dolly or handcart.

If the building is built well, no sounds of footsteps, jumping or noises will be heard across floors.
