Bhayya, DFW area crowd Austin ki interest chupistunaru ani okka good feeling. Meeku house prices inka perugutayi 😉. Already maa San Antonio friends Austin valani tittukuntunaru. Austin ppl are coming here and increasing SAN housing prices ani. Asalu okka appudu San Antonio entha bagundedi. $1200/month ki awesome 2bed 2 bath apt. Now everything is $1800-$2000/month anta.

I thing WFH and people having lot of money might be the reasons. I hope everything goes back to pre-covid levels. Only severe recession can do it but no chance of a recession may be a mild one possible
