RTP area lo homes levu bro. So with in wake county people are trying to get a home in Fuquay because, hollysprings is too crowded and close to nuclear plant and communities are around dump yard, propane filling stations.. 

Fuquay lo charter school undi, public schools ratings will improve. Currently 30% students in public schools are desis.. 

friend valla community lo 1 year old home 2 days lo sell ayindhi with multiple offers.. I was shocked to see, e interest ki how people are submitting offers above the asking price…

Investors gobbled up lot of homes.

Lot of multifamily under construction.

Once rents fall, Investors will bail. Wait and watch.

public schools ratings will improve. dont know when. there are places in new jersey which has high desi population but school ratings are low. i dont believe that desi kids will improve school ratings by default. it is already inflated market with high interest rates. endo emo.
