Lol…Every Saturday CBI ollu pilichina pilavakapoina velli Office la kurchomani chepindi court…morning 10:00 to evening 5:00 pm till June ending.

Lol…merit of the judgement was based on the prima facie proofs submitted by the CBI…not on mother’s sentiment.

CBI didn't argue based on trial on Avinash. They argued about his bail.

Avinash moved plea protection from arrest by CBI…the the court asked CBI what are the grounds for custody and asked them evidence. Minimum evidence kuda lekapovadam valla, prima facie evidence lekapovadam valla, no evidence of blood clean up by Avinash valla bail okay chesi asked him to appear bevofre CBI every Saturday till June end. 
 

The only evidence they had was statement from dastagiri. Akariki call records, Google takeouts evi kuda levu. No documentary, forensic or digital evidence.

They also said they cannot show all evidences because of fear that evidences will be influenced by Avinash Reddy. Trail is a distant word from now so let’s exclude trail. CBI asked for custody interrogation citing all the allegations, and court denied the arrest custody as CBI could not present any prima facie evidences. The only evidence they had was the statement which was also rejected by the court.

Now, CBI has 5 days to interrogate and frame charges on Avinash. Does CBI has any fresh evidence that they can use to frame other than statements ? If so, they would have done so and asked for arrest custody already. 
 

Kaka, Nenu epudo seppina…akada evidences levu, all that CBI can do is to use correlate theories to frame. I have said the same thing two years back and telling the same thing now…there are no proofs left behind.
