Which one is best for opening savings account?

Is Amex safer than Capital one? Amex is providing $200 offer for opening new account.

Both are fdic insured, Amex is giving 4%

Cap 1 support is based around Philippines and vietnam I guess. You will have hard time if any thing goes south. Horrible experience with Cap1 savings.  Amex support is US based.  4% chesadu ninna ne.
