That's STUPID and ridiculous! Gun owners are expected to know the gun laws. You don't shoot someone who is outside, fleeing and not a threat - over a stupid beer (that kanjoosh is even chasing the car outside). Not even cops are allowed to shoot in that situation (if that is allowed, there won't be any hot pursuits on the streets). That's a revenge and a crime.

People get freaked out with the power of possessing a gun and cannot wait to USE it. The only time you aim your gun is when you really, really intend to shoot (using deadly force). And when you shoot, don't try to shoot arms or legs just to disable the person - that's a crime too (because you think he is not a threat and can be subdued or you could have simply retreated). The only way to use a gun is to shoot fatally or kill. Otherwise, don't even think about using it. It all boils down to "reasonableness" of the threat.
