Very bad experience undhiii na circle lo. If you have to reschedule/cancel. For that matter any changes seyyali anna its a nightmare. Also worst customer service annaru mari. I always book through airlines website. Gisonti lova da panchayatiluuuu ekkkuva untayiiii when we go through 3rd party websites

skyscanner, skiplagged, kiwi ivanni search sites so you can make an informed decision after searching on these sites.

I use a travel agent..my grand parents also using them since decades..so they recommended me.. I get competitive price and I don't have to worry about spending time online and booking myself.

 

But one time I booked myself directly from Qatar airlines.. also booking directly from air India also helps.. I am fan of air India , since you will see the difference when the connecting flight gets delayed or cancelled.

No I seriously telling air India is best for economy class..it is worst for business class.

 

They treat you as Indian..other carriers like British airways Lufthansa..if connecting flight gets delayed or cancelled they don't even care ..you will be stuck in terminal as most of the passengers fly without transit visa..I strongly recommend if you are a visa person fly with air India or middle east airlines

Agreed. I can vouch for this. British Airways antha dongaaa lanjodukuuu yevvaruuu undaruuu. Mamool balupuuu kadhuuu a lambdkkk gallakii. Air India and Middle East airlines  lo vacche comfort feeling manakiii aaaa European airlines lo undadhuuu.

I never had issues with flight delay and cancellations while travelling overseas. 

Frontier toh chala anubhavalu vunnai. 

air India lo chala takkuva, 

I go for whichever airlines get me cheaper prices. 

But AirIndia lo delay or cancel aithe fish market type ee vuntadii kada muchata without any information or service.

Frontier elanti airlines ontime departure cheyali leka pothe extra fee padutundi, valla ticket prices adi add aite loss

Last 3 years lo 2 times use chesina Air India. It’s a dignified crowd. Atleast in international flights. Some people in the flight create hygiene discomforts for sure. But other than that I had decent experience with AI. But again, I’m not saying everyone should feel the same way as I do about AI
