- New Construction inventory is still low, builders are not building homes until Buyer pay 5% down and pay all upgrade options. 

- Pre-owned homes are selling in slower pase,  but still getting offers for home in good districts.  

- Overall inventory is still less. 

- Home in bad condition/no well maintained are not getting any offers.

- Greedy sellers are at risk now. No offers for home listed beyond the market price.
