How to disown legal parents ! plz advice

Hi, I understand that this can appear shocking for a lot of folks here but this is the reality.

tl;dr: Has anyone tried to legally disown their parent(s) per Indian law?

Me(36M - on H1B) and my family (wife & 2 girls - 8 & 3) are facing extreme amount of mental torture from my parent(s), brother (32yrs) and brother's wife. Their aim is to ensure that we don't claim ownership in any of the parent(s)' properties and he and his wife want to be freeloader for life. Parent(s) are also accomplices to that.

On top of it, they reach out to me only when they are in-need of money. Even after paying our share of any expenses, he and my parent(s) make false accusation that we never send money. They have already made false claim that they had sold one of the properties for my MS education but in reality, I didn't take even a penny as I was fully funded by the university (TA).

My brother, on the other hand, dropped out of college twice and finally got his B.Sc. after 6 years. Had not been to a job even for a day. They sold a couple of properties for his multiple businesses with no success. All in all, they are just staying and enjoying parent(s) salary.

Since we are miles away, all the relatives take a stand on their side, including my parent(s) . They don't want to believe us, which is fine. We don't want any share in the properties. I would like to make this legal so that I don't need to get their signature or anything in the future.

I know I may sound like a jerk but I am sure some of you have encountered such narcissist parents/siblings. Please guide if this is possible or have done that. How long does it take? No room for negotiations as everything is under water now.

Its not possible but just don’t talk to them. You don’t need their properties right just ignore them

I don't think so you don't their signature other than the Birth Certificate Memo if you don't have Birth Certificate. 

Just ignore them and you will be happy.
