Currently, I'm maxing out my 401K. My company provides 100% match upto 6%. ee IT lo inko 30 yrs dobbalenu ani clear understanding undi so want to save up and invest in rentals for supplemental income. 

Question enti ante - should I just contribute upto 6% to get full match from company and save up the rest to get a rental to expedite this process or should I continue to max out and save anything left over to purchase rental? My feeling is that if I end up cashing out 401K before retirement since I'm looking at early retirement , I would end up paying 10% penalty along with tax bracket. so, wondering ...

economic crisis every investment will drop. not just 401k.

3 rentals aa nuvu mamulodivi kadhu ga....I'm more thinking of buying with cash when I can afford. Antha risk mana valla kadu to down pay something and manage mortgage with rental money.

Vammo 2008 rojulu cheppamaaka… I started my career as a backup of a person who lost everything on stocks + 401k … I had to hear his stories every day at my beginning of work days
