Being nice and cool has nothing to do with health.

 

If you care for his health, ask him to check fasting insulin levels, fasting glucose levels.

I can already see hyperpigmentation on his face( which can be achonthasis nigericans), lot of fat on his body and fore head.

I suspect he's already prediabetic or severely insulin resistant
