got EB1A denial self filed without company knowledge and without current job achivements (later realized mistake, if I would have put company testimony would have been different story), i think they didn't accept final merits determination and denied, then filed EB1B through company which got approved.

You can try with the above three criteria.  Mere satisfying above three criteria is not sufficient. After satisfying three criteria they do final merits determination.

What type of juding did you do ?

If you have enough proofs and recommendation letters you can try.
