Yaa premium increase ani.if my card doesn't cover, i will pay enterprise and settle the claim

Better yet, have a conversation with insurance first and tell them that they can contribute only a small amount for the claim, with an understanding to not increase premium as you have secondary coverage. And have the rest paid by your card (at least the deductible of primary)

First and foremost, did you try Ma Mama Mla.Gif GIF - Ma mama mla Gif Telugu - Discover ...? If not, do that. All will be cleared.

What is your insurance deductible? If it is less than $500, file a claim with your insurance.. if not, just pay it out of your pocket.. if your primary insurance is not involved, secondary insurance won’t cover.. secondary insurance will come into picture only if the primary insurance limits are exceeded..

Call number on your back of your card .... Just fail a claim with credit card .... Rest all Credit company will guide you the process .... Don't worry about is primary or secondary ...

f you do not have car insurance then qualified credit card coverage would become "primary" coverage for the rental car. If you have collision and comprehensive car insurance, the credit card coverage would pay (or reimburse) your deductible.

I have damaged rental car almost $6000 dollars ... Secondary car insurance with card . I have just submitted all requested docs ... rest all they took care of it .. They never reached me . They paid enterprise .

For enterprise also provide you credit card claim details .....

From my experience … They didn't even ask my primary insurance ….But I cant say for sure they will do same for you ….if your personal car insurance doesn't cover rental car's ... I think you don't even have to file claim with personal insurance .....just say you don't have any insurance that covers rental car ...  if you personal car insurance covers rental cars then you may have file with you personal car insurance ...

Below is rules for wellsfargo .... looks like either way you are covered ... by your personal auto insurance or credit card ...

"if you do not have personal automobile insurance or any other insurance covering this theft or damage, this benefit reimburses you for the covered theft or damage as well as valid administrative and loss-of-use charges imposed by the auto rental company and reasonable towing charges that occur while you are responsible for the rental vehicle."

Dealing with rental car accidents can be a hassle, but it's great that you have rental coverage through your Visa Signature card. You can definitely explore using that to cover the repair expenses. Typically, you'll need to file a claim with Visa and provide documentation like the repair bill. It's worth checking the specifics of your coverage and reaching out to Visa for guidance. In a similar situation, I consulted with St. Louis car accident lawyers for advice. They provided clarity on legal matters, so they might be able to offer insights if needed. You can find more info on their website at https://www.bruninglegal.com/st-louis-car-accident-lawyer/
