buy with cash and should not effect score.

very bad timing to take a car loan now. you should take one immediately after closing the home.

It works by amount bot score

ex: your salary is 100k

car loan 50k

credir card balance 20k

…

this means your home loan eligibility reduces by 70k

if you were eligible for 400k home loan  , now your max eligibility is 330k only

Credit score will decide your apr not the mortgage amount

better wait if possible .. if you dont have an option , talk to your loan officer or lender. If you can prove that your income level is good to pay mortgage plus the new car payment, they should be ok but some lenders will do lolli .. underwriter ki explain cheyyali kuda appudappudu
