and market alage undi. I try both Linkedin and Indeed, some jobs on linkedin are not on Indeed as Employers are preferring linkedin.

most will go through internal references, waste of time to apply unless the recruiter contacted you.

Linkedin waste, monna MSFT lo oka job ki 800 applicants anta. 

Same with other jobs too, min 200 people for every job.
