This drama is not created by the stars themselves.. its the production houses that have teams to do this. They design the rumour, they post it in faltu websites, they make these stars to go out for dinners and vacations to keep the rumormill alive... until the show is released and then everything stops. 
 

prabhas and kritisanon are seeing each other ani some months run chesaru to create the buzz. Everything is stopped once the work is done or when they realize its not working.
