10 yrs back naaku thelisina ok desi guy joined this pgm. If i remember, 6 months lone Citizen ayyadu...no conditional GC/Citizenship.....direct ga citizen ayyadu and within a yr he married his gf (I think she was on OPT or may be just for H1)....and few months lo she became citizen. oka 4yrs mandatory service chesi, he resigned and now he is working for some IT company. 

Since he has Engg background and MS here, he was put under that department.....not in war/battle ground etc.
