March lo job chnage ayyanu …FTE…didn’t like the Job…started looking for new job and got one …but resume lo recent job include chyaledu …eppudu h1 b transfer ki updated resume and 797 istam kada …would there be any issues ? Or do I need to mention this to recruiter now ? Eppudu chepithey offer back chestaru a ? Or stay calm and proceed with it

Just mention it for background check and H1B transfer.

you don’t need to explicitly notify recruiter.

H1b ki send what ever you have . Even your experience is less no problem . No one gonna compare , even if they do , they don’t care
