Don’t trust the BS from higher ups. They just want their work to be done. The moment they are on financial crunch, you just became a number on the excel sheet and they will happily dump you. If the executives really want to get something done for you, they absolutely can do it. If someone provides an excuse constantly, he is just full of bull crap. Just my thoughts.

I was expecting promotion this year. But due to layoffs and re-orgs, my responsibilities got chopped down. I dont see any path for promo. Mas vp mathram prathi 1:1 lo same routine rotta dialog. Promo budget open avvaganey first nuvvey 😄😄
